My 6yr old son was terrified to go to the dentist, he went in reluctantly and nervous. The dental hygienist, caught on quickly that he was scared and she eased his mind by creating an atmosphere where he had control and felt safe. They talked the whole time, and my son Castiel came out of the room grinning from ear to ear and was so excited about his visit to the dentist. Thank you for making it fun😊.

We love Complete Dental on Hill street in Albany. My daughter and I have been going there for years. Everyone is always friendly and smiling! I love that my 6 year old asks me in between cleaning, "Mom, when do I get to go back to my dentist?" The treasure box at the end of thie visit and the friendly staff keep her wanting to come back. We had 3 appts within 3 weeks. My husband & I were both very happy with our visits to your office. But the most important appt was for my elderly mother. My mom has Dementia & has forgotten recently that she can walk. Thank you to the frontdesk gals that worked my mother into the extra time, in order to help her. Bringing her into the office was an ordeal! ALL STAFF were so caring & patient in helping her. The doctor took extra care to complete all the work needed in ONE appointment and was so very kind. Love everyone at both locations! My whole family goes here and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! The staff is funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had some out of pocket expenses for a cosmetics bleaching and was pleasantly surprised by their fair prices. They also quickly got my son in after he chipped his two FRONT TEETH and fixed him up quickly and turned something traumatic in to an easy fix! I’m so glad I was referred here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I hate going to the dentist. Every time I go I have the worst feeling in my stomach. They get me in and out really quick, but doing a great job every time. Any questions I have they have answers. I changed to Complete Dental Health a few years ago. I've been very happy with the switch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and respectful of my time. I appreciate being able to book later afternoon appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I feel they address any concerns I have, and do a thorough job, without pressing any unnecessary equipment or procedures. For me because of underlying health issues a trip to the dentist for something as routine as a cleaning requires a few extra steps. During my initial consult Dr. Scrapper listened to and noted my medical history, he didn't hesitate to coordinate with one of my "ologist" to ensure that my experience was a positive one. The staff at both the Alabany and Corvallis locations are wonderful, I can't say I would pick one over the other. Being new to the area I'm grateful to have found such a compassionate and patient group on my first try. And, I only give four stars because there's always room for improvement.

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid, but I have to say that my experiences here have been great. Everyone is so nice, seems to actually enjoy their jobs, and they do their jobs really well. Everything about my treatment was explained clearly and thoroughly to me before, during, and after treatment. And the fillings I got today were done quickly and painlessly. Both the dentist and his assistant did so much to make me feel at ease (and even made me laugh). Bottom line: best dentist office ever!

I was told of and recommended Complete Dental Health through my insurance provider. After calling them directly they were able to fit me in 30 minutes after I called for my first xrays and to plan ahead. It was a major relief since I was having tooth pains and was worried about a delay. They then gave me a date for my next appointment, which also was much closer than expected. I was honestly terrified of this appointment as it involved the extraction of teeth (and I’m just flat out scared of any dental work). Every single worker, whether it was my dentist, his assistant or just someone seeing what I was having done, was very kind and soft spoken. My dentist went through the plan with me and asked me different options as to wether I wanted updates as we went along or if I just wanted to be quite until it was over. He was as gentle as possible since he was extracting teeth but made no rough movements or had any excess jerks or slipping of tools (which is a fear of mine). All together what I had went into expecting a long drawn out, painful and terrifying experience turned out to be much easier and a lot less anxiety inducing.

I had a great experience here. They helped me with a filling that needed to be removed and replaced. I didn’t know what to expect and I was not looking forward to it. But Dr. Schapper used the laser on my tooth and the process was so slick! I was thankful not to get a shot to numb my mouth. I was also happy with how fast he was able to fill the tooth and I was on my way, it was painless and I was able to eat and get back to life immediately. It was a really easy process. They do a great job here. I highly recommend this dental office.

My social worker referred me to this Dentist Office after Affordable Dental refused to see me anymore because of my small mouth. Complete Dental is one of the few dental offices that takes the Oregon Health plan. Complete Dental doesn't have as many clients so I'm able to get in for an appointment a lot faster. I don't think I've ever been on a cancellation list with them. Appointments are reasonable. They do a great job cleaning my teeth. Thank God for Complete Dental because what Affordable Dental did to me was discrimination and lazy. I'm really glad that Complete Dental was there for me when I needed them. I can get dental work done a lot faster here.

Very helpful and they LISTEN!!! I've had beyond horrible experience previously with dentists growing up. Always talked down to and belittled. Complete Dental Health dentists and dental assistants were beyond professional and respectful. Not once was I uncomfortable with my extractions. They understood my situation and wanted to help. They experience was the best I would recommend anyone who's had bad experiences to give CDH a call and change your life for the better.
My 6yr old son was terrified to go to the dentist, he went in reluctantly and nervous. The dental hygienist, caught on quickly that he was scared and she eased his mind by creating an atmosphere where he had control and felt safe. They talked the whole time, and my son Castiel came out of the room grinning from ear to ear and was so excited about his visit to the dentist. Thank you for making it fun😊.

We love Complete Dental on Hill street in Albany. My daughter and I have been going there for years. Everyone is always friendly and smiling! I love that my 6 year old asks me in between cleaning, "Mom, when do I get to go back to my dentist?" The treasure box at the end of thie visit and the friendly staff keep her wanting to come back. We had 3 appts within 3 weeks. My husband & I were both very happy with our visits to your office. But the most important appt was for my elderly mother. My mom has Dementia & has forgotten recently that she can walk. Thank you to the frontdesk gals that worked my mother into the extra time, in order to help her. Bringing her into the office was an ordeal! ALL STAFF were so caring & patient in helping her. The doctor took extra care to complete all the work needed in ONE appointment and was so very kind. Love everyone at both locations! My whole family goes here and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! The staff is funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had some out of pocket expenses for a cosmetics bleaching and was pleasantly surprised by their fair prices. They also quickly got my son in after he chipped his two FRONT TEETH and fixed him up quickly and turned something traumatic in to an easy fix! I’m so glad I was referred here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This was my first visit and I was so pleased with this office! The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My hygienist, Bri, was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and why. This was the best cleaning I have ever had! The dentist explained all my options for the upcoming care that I would need and even took pictures of my problem areas and showed me what he would do. I hate going to the dentist. Every time I go I have the worst feeling in my stomach. They get me in and out really quick, but doing a great job every time. Any questions I have they have answers. Very positive attitudes from everyone. I always feel better after letting them know how I feel because they try to lighten the mood for me and I appreciate it every time. 10/10 would recommend.

I feel they address any concerns I have, and do a thorough job, without pressing any unnecessary equipment or procedures. I always leave feeling very positive and looking forward to the next appointment. They also give excellent ice cream sandwich recommendations.

For me because of underlying health issues a trip to the dentist for something as routine as a cleaning requires a few extra steps. During my initial consult Dr. Scrapper listened to and noted my medical history, he didn't hesitate to coordinate with one of my "ologist" to ensure that my experience was a positive one. The staff at both the Alabany and Corvallis locations are wonderful, I can't say I would pick one over the other. Being new to the area I'm grateful to have found such a compassionate and patient group on my first try. And, I only give four stars because there's always room for improvement.

I love that this place doesn't mess around. When there is work that needs to be done they just do it. They don't spread out the work into seven different appointments when they can do it in two. I also love that the staff is nice, the place is clean and always cutely decorated and most importantly, their work is good. I was very pleased that Matt spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions patiently and explaining the whole procedure thoroughly. While it is never fun having dental work done, Matt and Vicki made the ordeal very manageable, and while not painless at least as bearable as possible. Everyone I have met at Complete Dental Health has been friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.

I loved my first experience with this dental office. They have such nice rooms and such nice people! They took one of my wisdom teeth out and it only took like 5 minutes to do!! It was painless and the nurse and doctor did a great job making sure I was okay during the whole procedure.

Oh my gosh. I wish I could give more than five stars, because I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid, but I have to say that my experiences here have been great. Everyone is so nice, seems to actually enjoy their jobs, and they do their jobs really well. Everything about my treatment was explained clearly and thoroughly to me before, during, and after treatment. And the fillings I got today were done quickly and painlessly. Both the dentist and his assistant did so much to make me feel at ease (and even made me laugh). Bottom line: best dentist office ever!
I was told of and recommended Complete Dental Health through my insurance provider. After calling them directly they were able to fit me in 30 minutes after I called for my first xrays and to plan ahead. It was a major relief since I was having tooth pains and was worried about a delay. They then gave me a date for my next appointment, which also was much closer than expected. I was honestly terrified of this appointment as it involved the extraction of teeth (and I’m just flat out scared of any dental work). Every single worker, whether it was my dentist, his assistant or just someone seeing what I was having done, was very kind and soft spoken. My dentist went through the plan with me and asked me different options as to wether I wanted updates as we went along or if I just wanted to be quite until it was over. He was as gentle as possible since he was extracting teeth but made no rough movements or had any excess jerks or slipping of tools (which is a fear of mine). All together what I had went into expecting a long drawn out, painful and terrifying experience turned out to be much easier and a lot less anxiety inducing.

I had a great experience here. They helped me with a filling that needed to be removed and replaced. I didn’t know what to expect and I was not looking forward to it. But Dr. Schapper used the laser on my tooth and the process was so slick! I was thankful not to get a shot to numb my mouth. I was also happy with how fast he was able to fill the tooth and I was on my way, it was painless and I was able to eat and get back to life immediately. It was a really easy process. They do a great job here. I highly recommend this dental office.
My social worker referred me to this Dentist Office after Affordable Dental refused to see me anymore because of my small mouth. Complete Dental is one of the few dental offices that takes the Oregon Health plan. Complete Dental doesn't have as many clients so I'm able to get in for an appointment a lot faster. I don't think I've ever been on a cancellation list with them. Appointments are reasonable. They do a great job cleaning my teeth. Thank God for Complete Dental because what Affordable Dental did to me was discrimination and lazy. I'm really glad that Complete Dental was there for me when I needed them. I can get dental work done a lot faster here.

Great staff from the front desk to the back office. Susie my hygienist was so pleasant and has a wonderful, light touch on the gums! The dr was prompt, knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. They are working with us on a payment plan and I appreciate that because not many offices allow you to do that anymore. We will continue to go here for all our dental needs.

I mean obviously I don't love the dentist BUT I love this office! I've been terrified of the dentist since 8 when a dr tripped and shoved a needle thru my cheek (true story). But dr shapper and his assistant deal with my head phones and crying and never make me feel ashamed about it and honestly my dental PTSD is getting better at 29 years old! Haha yes sad I know

I had a tooth which had an abscess that was causing me pretty serious discomfort, my regular dentist could not get me in, but Home Street got me in within hours. As someone with an almost phobic fear of the dentist, I was happily surprised to find that the staff and dentist were all fantastic, understanding, and above all, were only concerned with helping me feel better. While having the tooth extracted, I decided on the spot that they are my new dentist, I can not recommend them highly enough!

This place is the best! I have never had such a good experience as I've had here. Everyone is very friendly and makes me feel like I really matter. Doctor Schapper is truly wonderful!! He is super efficient and makes sure to address every problem. He's the best dentist I've ever had and highly highly recommend Complete Dental in Albany!!!
